In December of 2022 we purchased a 7-unit mixed-use property at the entrance to Fort Mose in St. Augustine. The midcentury property showed lots of potential but was suffering decades of deferred maintenance. We started by renovating the 4 studio apartments and made those available to rent in starting in 2023. The studios range in size from 250sqft-650sqft. We aimed to preserve any worthwhile details, while fully modernizing them with updated kitchens and amenities.

The property is now fully operational with Bar Citra and Address Coffee operating out of the streetfront retail space, and Inda Salon occupying the commercial unit on the south side. Check out the studio rentals below:
