Bar Citra is a dynamic wine bar, café, bakery, and bottle shop with an artisanal approach to food and drink. With a menu that highlights sourdough breads, pastries, small plates, natural wine, and craft beer, Bar Citra fills a distinct niche in St. Augustine, FL.

From the design and construction of the interior, to the naming and branding of the business, to the specific menu and culinary creations, my wife Rachel and I collaborated on designing every component.
